Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to write clear reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Travel internationally a few times a year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting and controlling variances; investigate discrepancies and provide explanations or corrective actions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
• Provide actionable insights to drive informed business decisions.
• Manage banking relationships, audits, and risk management activities.
• Partner with senior leaders on strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
• Collaborate with international teams, including Germany HQ and Mexico facilities.
• Prepare annual budget and long-range plan.
• Lead year-end audit package and resolve audit issues.
