Job summary

Bloom Equity Partners seeks a Chief Financial Officer to shape the financial strategy for its portfolio company and drive growth. The CFO will guide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management while reporting to the CEO and the Board.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in financial leadership, 3–5 years as CFO, private equity portfolio experience, M&A know-how, and a strong grasp of SaaS revenue recognition, ERP and related controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in progressive financial management.
• 3–5 years CFO experience preferred.
• Portfolio company experience in private equity.
• M&A experience highly desired.
• SaaS/enterprise tech revenue recognition expertise; ERP/CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Shape financial strategy aligned with long-term growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial reporting to CEO/Board.
• Lead risk management and internal controls.
• Drive M&A evaluation and execution.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
