Connect Search, LLC is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy for a fast-growing, multi-site outpatient healthcare platform in the Chicago area.

The role requires hands-on leadership, modernization of financial systems, and mentoring a growing finance team while partnering with the CEO and COO on strategic and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible financial roles, with healthcare experience.
• Strong Controllers and VP Finance readiness encouraged to apply.
• Strong business partner experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with BI tools, AI, CRM software, and large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on leader willing to roll up sleeves and build.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO/COO to build financial roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Lead forecast model across locations accounting for headcount and capacity.
• Develop weekly reporting templates to track performance against forecast.
• Maintain rolling thirteen-week cash flow projections.
• Manage monthly financial statements and board reporting with audit-ready processes.
• Oversee and mentor two finance staff members.
