Job summary

Tapestry 360 Health is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide the financial health of a Federally Qualified Health Center. You will lead strategic planning, cash management, and reserves while ensuring GAAP and HRSA compliance across all finance functions.

The role oversees revenue cycle, grant accounting, 340B program oversight, and value-based care finance modeling, reporting to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive financial management, including 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in FQHC or community health finance; healthcare revenue cycle & 340B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to align with mission and growth goals.
• Oversee revenue cycle management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage grant accounting, compliance, and the 340B program oversight.
• Develop value-based care models and contracts; support evidence-based decision making.
