Job summary

McCarl’s LLC is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide the finance organization during a period of regional and national expansion. Based at our Pittsburgh HQ, you will report to the CEO and partner with the COO to safeguard enterprise value, manage risk, and scale operations across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as CFO/VP Finance in $100M+ private construction/engineering environment
• Experience in construction, specialty contracting or industrial fabrication
• CPA and MBA preferred for complex tax and ownership structures

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, strategy and corporate finance with Board reporting.
• Manage treasury, cash forecasting, credit facilities, and liquidity planning.
• Oversee multi-entity WIP, cost accounting for fabrication, and tax planning across states.
• Negotiate surety and bonding lines and multi-jurisdictional credit facilities.
• Mentor and scale finance, accounting, and IT teams; integrate ERP for data flow.
