Job summary

Hubble Network Inc. is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead and scale the finance function as the company accelerates growth.

This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, CA, and will own finance, accounting, FP&A, and tax while partnering with the COO to shape capital strategy, reporting, controls, and planning. You will lead a lean team, formalize processes, and build systems to support capital-efficient growth and readiness for future private investment or IPO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior finance leadership (CFO/VP Finance) in tech.
• Experience with investor relations, equity/debt financing, M&A or IPO.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Background in high-growth SaaS/AI or data infrastructure.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable guidance.
• Willingness to lead a lean finance team hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, tax, reporting, and strategic finance functions.
• Build scalable financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash planning, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
• Partner with COO on capital allocation, pricing, margins, and hiring plans.
• Advise on long-term capital strategy including debt/equity and M&A.
• Prepare financial materials for leadership, investors, lenders, and auditors.
• Lead tax planning, reporting, and franchise tax filings.
• Oversee month/quarter/year-end closes and build the team.
