Job summary

Soni seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance organization and partner with the CEO, Board, and investors during a growth phase. The role spans FP&A, accounting, treasury, and operational finance with broad strategic impact.

The ideal candidate has extensive CEO-level leadership experience in a PE-backed consumer products or manufacturing setting, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of driving financial performance and reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• CFO, SVP Finance, VP Finance, or comparable executive-level experience.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment.
• Consumer products, manufacturing, or related industry background.
• Strong FP&A, operational finance, and accounting background.
• Deep treasury, banking, cash flow, and working capital experience.
• Board and investor presentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, tax, audit, and internal controls.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and credit facilities.
• Provide financial insight around profitability, pricing, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.
• Partner closely with commercial, operations, supply chain, and other business leaders.
• Support Board and investor reporting.
• Evaluate capital allocation and financing opportunities.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization.
• Drive process, systems, and reporting improvements.
