Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline; CPA strongly preferred.
• Deep GAAP and full-cycle accounting expertise.
• Skilled in multi-entity and complex ownership structures.
• Advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Highly discreet, hands-on, analytical, and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close.
• Oversee corporate and family-office entities, investments, trusts, and real estate.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, banking, debt, and cash-flow planning.
• Coordinate tax, audit, estate-planning, and compliance activities.
• Advise ownership on investments, acquisitions, financing, risk, and strategic decisions.
