Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Advise the CEO and leadership on profitability, capital investments, risk and priorities.
• Oversee accounting with strong internal controls and reporting.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, working capital, and capital planning.
• Partner with operations, commercial, and engineering to improve margins.
• Evaluate investments via financial modeling and ROI analyses.
• Represent the company with industry associations and policymakers.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on impact.
• Align finance with global leadership within ClonBio.
