Job summary

GreenCore Biofuels is seeking a Finance Director to lead strategic financial planning, governance and investment decisions. The role coordinates with back-office accounting, commercial teams and operations to optimize cash flow and asset value across RNG production assets.

The position emphasizes market analysis of natural gas, feedstock costs, environmental credits and regulatory frameworks, translating volatility into competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance in a capital-intensive, energy or manufacturing business.
• Strong understanding of project finance, risk management and corporate governance.
• CPA or equivalent designation required, with renewable fuels exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor profitability by facility, product, feedstock and revenue source; analyze costs and optimize margins.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash flow projections; build financial models for investments.
• Oversee accounting close, financial reporting and governance with back-office teams.
• Support pricing, contract negotiations and revenue management for environmental programs.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, debt facilities and FX/interest risk where applicable.
• Provide KPI dashboards and insights to executive leadership and Board.
