Riverdale Y is a Bronx-based community and cultural center seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead fiscal management, budgeting, and governance across a diverse program portfolio. The role oversees a finance team of four, partners with the CEO and Board, and drives capital planning, donor reporting, and regulatory compliance in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA required.
• 7-10 years of experience in financial management, including 3+ years in a CFO or equivalent role.
• Non-profit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic administration and collaborate with CEO and Leadership Team on the agency's strategic vision.
• Oversee finance department, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls with monthly metric monitoring.
• Manage relationships with financial partners, auditors, banks, and donors; ensure compliance and governance.
