Job summary

Mainstreet Federal Credit Union in Lenexa, KS seeks a dynamic finance and accounting executive to succeed its retiring CFO, reporting to the President/CEO. The role leads general accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, asset-liability management, and oversight of a large investment portfolio.

The incoming CFO will drive technology-enabled process improvements, coach and develop the accounting team, and bring 5+ years of financial institution leadership, with a strong background

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading finance functions in a financial institution.
• Strong background in investment portfolio management.
• Experience developing branch profitability models.
• Experience with cost accounting methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
