Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and procurement/HR oversight in a PE-backed, fast-growing services company.

The role partners with the CEO to drive strategic planning, pricing, and profitability analytics, while building a scalable finance function and modern systems. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of finance leadership, deep FP&A, and strong experience with ERP upgrades and cross-functional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive finance/accounting leadership, including at least five (5) years in a senior finance role.
• CPA preferred; alternatively, strong GAAP and financial accounting expertise in a multinational services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax functions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate reporting packages for lenders and sponsors.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on budgets, forecasts, KPI benchmarks, pricing, and profitability analytics.
