Job summary

DealHub Ltd seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer (Part Time) to guide financial strategy and reporting, ensuring solvency and growth while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with the CEO, governance committees, regulators, and auditors in a complex insurance environment.

The CFO oversees budgeting, financial planning, capital management, and internal controls, with a focus on strategic investments and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred; MBA or other advanced degree desirable.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible financial experience in insurance or regulated industries.
• At least five years in senior financial leadership or management roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic financial advisor to CEO and Governing Committee.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligning with business objectives and capital strength.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Oversee statutory, management, tax and regulatory reporting and audits.
• Manage capital, surplus, treasury, and investment oversight.
