Job summary

Halma is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead strategy, operations, and controls across the finance organization. The role reports to the CEO and partners with global finance leaders to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth.

Responsibilities include steering budgeting, financial planning, and commentary on trends, while guiding acquisitions and ensuring robust governance and risk management across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• MBA preferred.
• Healthcare/Healthcare IT/Healthcare Technology experience preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive, hands-on financial operations experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
• Knowledge of global currency, conversions, and accounting.
• Executive experience with SaaS business models and revenue recognition.
• Recent CFO or senior finance leadership experience at a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and ROI.
• Lead Accounting, FP&A, Legal and IT with strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting/forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Provide insights on acquisitions and strategic investments to drive growth.
• Ensure robust internal controls, compliance, and risk management across the organization.
