Qualifications

Demonstrated educational or executive leadership for 5–7 years in Catholic/all-girls settings preferred.
Record of achievement in mission implementation, personnel relations, financial management, strategic planning, and advancement.

Responsibilities

Oversee implementation of the school’s Mission and Catholic identity across all dimensions of school life.
Lead Board governance, planning, and communications with Directors and committees.
Direct long-range strategic planning and secure financial support for mission advancement.
Ensure rigorous college-preparatory academics and high-quality instruction in alignment with the Mission.
Drive fundraising efforts and donor engagement to support the school’s goals.
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the school community.
Represent the school to the community and build strong external partnerships.
