Job summary

Central Florida Behavioral Hospital in Orlando seeks a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a 174-bed behavioral health facility. The role directs daily operations, staff development, and compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards while expanding services for children to senior adults.

The CEO will supervise diverse departments, maintain strong referral networks, and ensure sound fiscal operations, growth, and patient care excellence in a for‑profit PHP/SUD setting.

Qualifications

Executive and administrative leadership experience in for-profit behavioral health settings.
Understanding of state/federal regulatory and accreditation requirements for behavioral health.
Experience directing operations, fiscal management, and staff development.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations and staff development to ensure high‑quality care.
Drive performance, revenue growth, and budget adherence.
Maintain compliance with Joint Commission and CMS regulations.
Build relationships with local health providers and community partners.
Oversee case management, admissions, finance, and regulatory affairs.
