Job summary

Miccosukee Casino & Resort is seeking a passionate Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The role focuses on generating catering business, handling contracts, pricing, and event scheduling for our 1,200 square feet of banquet space.

You will independently source leads, present proposals, negotiate terms, and close bookings while maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires proven catering sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for outside

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a sales role with verifiable sales success.
• Proven catering sales generation, contract negotiation, pricing, event scheduling, catering.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems; strong etiquette and communication.
• Ability to travel for outside sales calls and events.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by networking with key decision-makers and partners.
• Source and pursue outside networking opportunities and events.
• Coordinate sales presentations and site tours to convert prospects.
• Negotiate, draft, and submit contracts and BEOs to clients and staff.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue per event for the venue.
• Maintain client databases and conduct follow-up sales calls.
• Communicate with Food & Beverage teams and assist in event planning.
• Support accounts receivable processes for assigned events.
