Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Associate Category Management professional in Las Vegas. You will support category strategies, supplier onboarding, data collection, and contract administration to ensure accurate item and supplier data and to drive value across spend areas.

The role emphasizes data management, analytics, and maintaining dashboards to forecast demand and monitor compliance, with reporting for leadership and routine stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, merchandising, or operations.
• Experience in data management and administrative support.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of category strategies and sourcing initiatives.
• Support supplier onboarding, data collection, and contract administration activities; manage data accuracy.
• Maintain dashboards and tools to track spend, forecast demand, and monitor supplier compliance.
• Generate reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Act as a liaison for routine communications between internal teams and suppliers; coordinate meetings and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company sourcing processes and regulatory standards.
• Support ESG and supplier diversity tracking efforts as required.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the category team.
