Job summary

Las Vegas-based MGM Resorts International seeks an Associate Category Management to support category strategies through data analysis, supplier coordination, and process management. You will help maintain data accuracy, track performance, and prepare reports for stakeholders in a dynamic entertainment environment.

The role emphasizes data management, dashboards, and collaboration across procurement teams to deliver value and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, procurement, merchandising or operations.
• Experience with data management and administrative support.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing category strategies and sourcing initiatives.
• Support supplier onboarding, data collection, and contract administration.
• Manage category documentation and ensure data accuracy for items and suppliers.
• Analyze category performance metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain dashboards and tools to track spend and forecast demand.
• Generate reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate routine communications between internal teams and suppliers.
• Support ESG and supplier diversity tracking efforts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the category team.
