Job summary

Nanjing USA is seeking a Category Replenishment and Allocation Analyst to own the execution of replenishment for a key category, coordinating weekly with Walmart’s replenishment team. You’ll ensure inventory health across store, DC, and eCommerce, driving timely landings and efficient allocation.

You will partner with Category Planners, analyze multi-source data, and optimize SKU flow, MABD timing, and OTIF performance to maximize sales and minimize inventory risk across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years in order management, replenishment, or allocation.
• Advanced Excel and ability to extract insights from large datasets.
• Experience supporting Walmart category teams or retail accounts.
• Familiarity with Walmart OTIF, MABD/routing, and SQEP standards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve Walmart daily orders and keep NOVA/NetSuite in sync.
• Manage replenishment timing against MABD and DC arrivals.
• Step in with manual orders when needed with Category Planner.
• Oversee SKU lifecycle to optimize inventory and profitability.
• Draw insights from data to maximize sales and reduce liability.
• Run fashion programs end to end: POs, configs, MABD tracking to DC.
• Investigate outages and drive recovery plans to shelf.
• Balance inventory flow across store, FDC, DC, and eCommerce.
• Own OTIF scorecard and coordinate with Finance, Logistics.
• Manage Walmart Replenishment Manager relationship.
