Job summary

ADUSA Procurement seeks a results-driven professional to manage store allocations and inventory for multiple distribution centers. You will build daily plans, monitor releases, and partner with brand teams to explain variances and root causes.

The role blends analytics with hands-on supply chain execution in a hybrid office environment. Core responsibilities include interpreting demand signals, maintaining allocation reports, and driving continuous improvements across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics or related business field.
• Experience with store allocations, inventory planning and distribution centers.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor available inventory and ensure timely execution of planned allocations for DCs.
• Review upcoming allocations and build daily plans to meet facility needs.
• Maintain reporting on all released allocations by DC.
• Track allocations without sufficient inventory and adjust with partners.
• Support ad hoc allocation requests and ensure DC sign-off.
• Ensure timely execution of seasonal allocations and track progress.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners to explain variance and root causes.
• Analyze system exceptions and work with IT to implement fixes.
