Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. seeks a Category Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement, supplier relations, and materials for projects across North America.

You will work with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and construction leadership to keep timelines on track and ensure timely material deliveries. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree and 0–3+ years of procurement experience, with Epicor ERP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• SRM knowledge and supplier performance concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Epicor ERP to manage procurement activities and PO workflow.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with national and local suppliers.
• Source materials to support project requirements and cut costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, shop personnel, and field teams.
• Manage returns and credits with vendors and invoicing teams.
• Coordinate material deliveries with project schedules.
