TEKsystems is seeking a Category Manager to oversee contracting and sourcing for its Supply Chain department. This role drafts, negotiates, and maintains contracts for supplies and purchased services, coordinating with Legal, Finance, IT, Privacy, and other teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

The position is permanent and can be remote, with a pay range of $80,000 to $94,993 per year depending on experience and location.

Competenze

• Draft, review, negotiate, redline, execute, and maintain contracts for supplies and purchased services.
• Ensure all contracts comply with organizational, regulatory, and legal requirements prior to approval and execution.
• Manage sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier evaluations, pricing agreements, contract renewals, and bid processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support business goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance, Information Systems, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams.
• Track and manage contracts through Workday Strategic Sourcing and related contract management systems.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure records are properly stored within the organization's contract repository.
• Provide timely communication and status updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding contract and sourcing activities.
• Support value analysis initiatives, supplier diversity programs, and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Serve as a backup resource for other Supply Chain team members as needed and support evolving departmental priorities.
