Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy, procurement, or related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in category management or strategic sourcing for electrical equipment.
• Experience with MV/HV systems and power generation procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor relationships, negotiations, and KPI tracking for electrical components and power assets.
• Develop sourcing strategies for MV/HV equipment including transformers, breakers, VFDs.
• Manage multi-million dollar maintenance and repair budgets and SLAs.
• Forecast long-lead items and manage warranty processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Mobilization teams.
