Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Category Manager for Digestive, Eye/Ear, Nutrition, Vitamins at our Cincinnati location. You will own end-to-end assortment, finance, and category strategy with cross-functional input, aligning with local needs and Kroger's values.

You will lead data-driven decisions using 4Ps levers, manage vendor relationships, pricing, and promotions, and guide a team to exceed KPIs across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in replenishment buying/procurement, merchandising, store management, operations, or brand management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop formalized short and long-term category strategies and tactics across all channels.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies based on market/share insights.
• Leverage 4Ps levers to drive category forward and manage full product life-cycle.
• Build assortment using vendor data and internal inputs while aligning with divisions.
• Oversee plan-o-gram process, deadlines, placement, and flow.
