Job summary

Clarios seeks a Category Manager to own category management for assigned accounts, performing line reviews, trend analysis, and actionable insights to improve customer performance. You will develop strategies, build strong customer relationships, and maintain data accuracy across systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 5+ years in category management, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Some travel (10–15%) is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, market research or related field.
• Proven ability to work with data from multiple sources and turn into insights.
• Experience in strategy development and category management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct line reviews for assigned account(s) including assortment recommendations and strategy development.
• Analyze consumer, customer, industry and sales data into actionable insights.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain master data for accounts.
• Prepare and present market research and insights to accounts.
• Ad hoc reporting/analysis to support the account team.
