Job summary

Cardinal Health in Dublin, OH is seeking a Category Manager to drive cross-functional merchandising initiatives, leveraging retail trends to improve sales, profitability and inventory productivity across designated categories.

You will own assortment planning, planogram reviews, and the development of strategic category plans; collaborate with pricing, marketing, legal, planning, inventory, finance, sales and operations; manage supplier relationships to deliver industry-leading results and value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
1–4 years of store level merchandising and retail background.
Experience with market data, consumer research (e.g., Nielsen/IRI).
Working knowledge of category management principles.
Strong financial acumen and business fundamentals.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
