Job summary

TREATT NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Category Manager to own strategy and lifecycle management for non-Citrus categories, focusing on Extracts & Essences, Tea, and Sugar Reduction. Based in North America to support regional teams, you will bridge commercial, innovation, production, and sales, acting as the primary category expert in NA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong commercial background with category/portfolio experience.
• Experience supporting customer-facing commercial activity.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategies for non-Citrus categories including extracts & essences, tea, and sugar reduction.
• Lead portfolio decisions from concept to commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Partner with sales, finance, and head of category to support pricing and market positioning.
• Prepare regular category performance updates and recommendations.
• Translate technical product information into practical commercial solutions.
