Job summary

World Bank is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist (Category Head) for Corporate Services and Real Estate. Based in Washington, DC, or other eligible locations, you will lead a team of Category Managers and analysts to shape sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships across global offices.

You will drive value through category management, risk mitigation, and cost optimization, partnering with senior business leaders to ensure compliant, high-impact procurement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in category management and complex procurements.
• Proven ability to lead a high-performing team and build relationships with senior leaders.
• Strong English communication and project management skills.
