Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning within Consumer Goods or Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Craft and maintain a detailed, rolling 0–24 month demand plan.
• Keep forecasting models razor-sharp and cleanse historical data.
• Partner with Customer Development, Brand Marketing, and Fulfillment Planning teams to turn market intelligence into forecasts.
• Lead the monthly IBP process to land a single, high-conviction demand plan.
• Establish forecasts for New Product Innovations and manage launches and sunsetting transitions.
