Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, casting, or influencer recruitment.
• Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Backstage, Casting Networks, Billo, Collabstr, or similar.
• Ability to manage a talent roster and coordinate end-to-end communications.
• Independent contractor, part-time capacity (20 hours/week) with clear deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Source 15-20 new talent candidates per week across multiple platforms.
• Ensure at least 30% of sourced talent are UGC creators or non-traditional profiles.
• Fulfill all talent requests from paid ads, organic social, and TikTok Shop.
• Provide unsolicited talent recommendations based on ad performance data.
