Jobot is seeking a Permanent Case Management Director to lead the case management department, oversee utilization review, resource management, and transition planning. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in case management, with at least 2 in leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in care coordination, patient advocacy, length of stay management, interdisciplinary collaboration, regulatory compliance.
• Thorough understanding of CMS regulations, hospital operations, and clinical documentation review.
• Proven track record in resource management, quality improvement, staff development, and healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the case management team, fostering collaboration and patient-focused care.
• Develop and implement case management programs including utilization review and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and related laws.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to reduce length of stay and readmissions.
• Conduct clinical documentation reviews for accuracy, compliance, and reimbursement optimization.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives with clear KPIs and actions.
• Foster staff development through training, mentorship, and evaluations.
• Align case management strategies with organizational goals with senior leadership.
• Stay updated on healthcare administration trends to maintain competitive edge.
