Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership with full P&L accountability and measurable growth.
• Deep experience in payments, credit cards, or small business services.
• Track record of scaling through partner ecosystems and indirect channels.
• Experience leading large cross-functional transformations and digital initiatives.
