Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer Service, Logistics or Supply Chain
• High school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with CRM and SAP preferred
• EDI experience preferred
• Strong MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel up to 5%, including internationally

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
• Execute day-to-day operations and manage electronic ordering platforms
• Resolve orders with errors and manage Third Party orders
• Back Office tasks: record maintenance, claims and adjustments, capacity management
• Review KPIs and share best practices to improve performance
• Collaborate across Global Supply Chain and GBS organizations
