Job summary

Bodyarmor in Puerto Rico (Cidra) seeks a Strategic Project Manager to lead and coordinate capital projects in support of the plant's strategic and production plans. You will manage scopes, schedules, contracting, and compliance while driving improvements and change management across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a track record of delivering large-scale manufacturing projects with strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the position or similar function.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical/engineering teams.
• Proven experience in major capital projects (design, installation, commissioning, cost control, procurement, planning).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and delivery of capital projects in line with site budget and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and contractors ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.
• Prepare status updates and financial projections for management and stakeholders.
