Job summary

Coca-Cola is seeking a Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver strategic capital projects within defined scope, time, and cost constraints. You will coordinate internal teams and contractors, ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while driving long-term plant engineering and financial activities.

This role requires seven years of experience in project management, a strong background in capital projects installation and commissioning, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Requires seven or more years in similar project management roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills in both languages.
• Experience with installation and commissioning of capital equipment in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical/engineering teams on major capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory/quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capital projects aligned with plant strategy, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and contractors; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare status updates, metrics, and financial projections for management and stakeholders.
• Oversee CapEx justification, budgeting, and capitalization processes.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance plans; maintain project drawings and documentation.
• Provide engineering support and leadership for current and future capital project needs.
• Recruit and develop project resources; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
