Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Manager, Civil Engineering & Construction to define standards, supplier base, and deliver civil infrastructure initiatives across GB and the Nordics. You will develop business cases and manage projects from concept to handover, ensuring safe, sustainable delivery.

You will lead a pan-European team, drive tendering and contractor management, and deploy master service agreements to optimize costs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience with Civils construction and infrastructure.
• Ability to conceptualise projects, processes and plans.
• Experience leading a pan-European virtual project team.
• Experience in strategy development within a BU or group.
• Strong analytical skills to manage complex issues.
• Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop technical and economical business cases for civils infrastructure projects.
• Deliver civil engineering projects from concept to handover within the defined methodology.
• Define design specifications and technical strategy for building design and construction.
• Identify suppliers, partners and manage tendering, selection and contracting with external engineering services.
