Job summary

Draslovka is seeking a Project Manager to join our Capital Projects team in Memphis, TN. The role oversees end-to-end capital project delivery, ensuring safety, cost control, and schedule adherence while aligning with business objectives and governance.

The Project Manager coordinates with engineering, operations and management, guiding the team through FEL deliverables, risk management and project economics. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering project management experience.
• Self-managing, proactive qualities.
• Strong communication, project management, decision making and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the safety metrics of the project.
• Translate business objectives into capital project objectives.
• Lead gatekeeping reviews and FEL deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with management, technology, maintenance and operations.
• Prepare project funding documents and approvals.
• Lead and organize the multi-disciplined Project Team.
• Establish effective communications within the Project Team.
