Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Planning, Project Management, or related field.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in project management, capital projects, infrastructure, planning, or organizational initiatives.
• PM-related certifications or experience with grant administration and public procurement are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned capital improvement, development, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate activities among City departments, consultants, contractors, and partner agencies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and status reports.
• Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
