Experience leading large-scale investment governance programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Medicare Advantage plan operations and CMS environment.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise capital planning and governance for the organization.
Develop and maintain capital allocation strategies and investment governance policies.
Oversee portfolio management and capital investment evaluation across projects.
Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Actuarial, Treasury, and Strategy teams.
Prepare executive reporting packages and KPI dashboards for capital management.
Drive benefit realization and post-implementation reviews for investments.
Collaborate on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
