Job summary

The Greentree Group is seeking a Capital Planning Analyst to support CPIC processes, investment health analyses, and AAR documentation for USDA-related programs. You will work with a cross-functional team to validate business cases, analyze spend plans, and ensure Earned Value Management is applied consistently across projects.

Candidates must have CPIC experience, strong communication skills, and US citizenship. National checks may apply; relocation is not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CPIC experience with federal programs.
• Ability to communicate with IT and business stakeholders to develop investment charters and analyses.
• Experience in Acquisition Approval Request process and AAR shells in AgMAX 2.0.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and project performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate business cases, artifacts, and data supporting investment health.
• Analyze spend plans and contract data to align investment projects.
• Ensure EVM approaches align with development models (traditional and agile).
• Draft AAR Cover Memos and complete AAR shells in AgMAX 2.0.
