Job summary

The position reports to the procurement leadership and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, exposure to CapEx projects, and a strong emphasis on governance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement and category management experience.
• Experience with CapEx projects, construction, or facility-related spend.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Identify critical procurement packages and define timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and manage end-to-end tendering processes for complex and high-value packages.
• Lead bid evaluations, negotiate terms, and finalize procurement contracts with legal/commercial teams.
• Manage procurement schedule, supplier onboarding, and performance monitoring.
