Job summary

Haleon in Warren, NJ, is seeking a Category Buyer - CapEx & Facility Management to lead procurement strategy, planning and supplier management for capital projects and facilities needs.

You will issue RFQs/RFPs, run bid evaluations, manage contracts and risk, and drive cost control while ensuring governance and compliance across the US business. This role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders in a hybrid on-site model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years in procurement/category management.
• Experience with CapEx projects, construction or facility spend.
• Strong analytical skills and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs and lead end-to-end tendering.
• Manage procurement schedule and contracts to milestones.
• Oversee supplier prequalification and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance.
