Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Manufacturing Capacity Analyst to assess capacity across plants, analyze demand vs. supply, and drive data‑driven recommendations for growth.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership to ensure scalable, feasible capacity plans. The role requires strong manufacturing knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data to technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years in manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations, capacity planning, or manufacturing strategy.
• Ability to analyze capacity, workforce needs, and supply chain constraints.
• Translate complex operational data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity analysis across multiple operations and facilities.
• Evaluate production capabilities against forecasted demand and actuals.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks affecting capacity and efficiency.
• Develop capacity planning models for short- and long-term needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to support growth strategies and ramp-ups.
