Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Manufacturing Capacity Analyst to support growth initiatives by analyzing production capacity, workforce requirements, and supply chain constraints across manufacturing operations.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Leadership teams to develop capacity models and provide data-driven recommendations that enable scalable, high-growth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering or production planning.
• Ability to analyze capacity, constraints, and demand to drive decisions.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing capacity across multiple facilities.
• Evaluate capacity against forecasted demand and actual demand.
• Identify bottlenecks and operational risks and develop capacity models.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support growth and scalability.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Planning and Leadership teams.
