Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations, or capacity planning.
• Experience evaluating production capacity and planning in fast-growing manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Analysis & Planning: Analyze capacity across multiple facilities.
• Manufacturing & Operations Analysis: Assess processes, labor, and equipment.
• Supply Chain Capacity Assessment: Evaluate supplier capabilities and constraints.
• Strategic Planning & Business Support: Provide data-driven insights for growth decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, IE, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
