Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial tools and data analysis methods.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting, variance analysis, and risk assessment.
• Experience with data validation, reporting, process support, or planning tools is valued, and exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or automation solutions is a strong plus.
• Preferred qualifications include internships or co-op roles in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related fields.
• Exposure to forecasting, reporting, month-end close, or financial planning processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the long-range plan and financial planning processes by maintaining high-quality data inputs and supporting templates.
• Perform data validations and reconciliations to improve planning outputs and enable timely reviews.
• Build and enhance control checks to improve data integrity and streamline workflows.
• Analyze data sources, assumptions, and model outputs and communicate findings clearly.
• Develop reports, trackers, and performance metrics to monitor milestones and drive profitability objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect inputs and deliver aligned outputs.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement by standardizing repeatable work and enabling insights via Power BI and Power Query.
