Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks an experienced Strategic/Development Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency and long-term capacity planning. You will design models, analyze data, and optimize layouts to support Intel's growth while reducing cost.

You will collaborate across manufacturing, technology development, finance, and operations to deliver actionable, executive-ready recommendations and to advance planning maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar degree with 4+ years experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD.
• 1+ years of experience with analytics and data modeling using Excel.
• 2+ years' experience in foundry manufacturing systems design, supply chain, capacity planning, or operations research.
• 1+ years' experience with project management and handling multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute space, capacity, and capital strategies for APTM WPM factories to balance near-term execution with long-range planning.
• Model WPM capacity across manufacturing segments using demand forecasts, tool roadmaps, and scenarios.
• Perform SnOP demand and capacity analyses and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations.
• Analyze tradeoffs between space, capacity, throughput, and CapEx to optimize factory economics and ROIC.
• Integrate capacity strategies across multiple Intel groups to ensure alignment and timely decisions.
• Collect, benchmark, and synthesize internal and external data to provide structured insights for leadership.
