Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Or Master's/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial modeling for decision-making.
• Experience with financial systems such as PowerBI/PowerQuery, SAP, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate 5-year P&L and NPVs for Front End process nodes.
• Influence P&L and cash flow by identifying improvements.
• Develop what-if scenario analyses to assess impacts.
• Monitor performance: track metrics, identify trends, analyze variances.
• Support ad-hoc LRP requests and WIFs for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with FSP and cross-group finance teams to drive improvements.
